WHAT I NEED FROM YOU

  •  Your baby to be between 8 - 24 weeks old​
  • 4 weeks of total commitment
  • Confidence and commitment to the provided sleep training philosophy
  • An open line of communication and honesty
  • Daily report emails
  • Open mind

The Program

WHAT TO EXPECT

  • Your baby sleeping 12 hours EVERY night with a regular and predictable sleep schedule
  • Consistent and predictable feeding schedule
  • Consistent 1 hour nap in the morning
  • Consistent 2 hour nap in the afternoon (or 2 total hours content in crib)
  • ​Trust that conversations are confidential

 

SERVICES PROVIDED

  • A 4 week training and support plan (the maximum amount of time it will take dedicated parents to execute a successful sleep schedule)
  • Frequent daily communication (minimum 4x daily)
  • Two in-home consultations (or Skype); training inception and training completion
  • Questionnaire that provides an understanding of baby and parents current sleep patterns and baby eating schedule
  • Daily inspiration, motivation and my total commitment during the training period
  • Textbook with sleep philosophy
  • Guidance for sleep training maintenance following program completion
