About Natalie
I am a mother of three young children under the age of four. Growing up I always dreamed of being a mother and it has brought more joy than I could have ever imagined.

I live in Toronto and am happily involved in all of my children's everyday life. I love surrounding myself with other mothers and sharing our challenges.

I am inspired by mothers & grandmothers who are able to share their parenting successes. I have realized that no one mother knows it all, that is why I'm excited to share my gift with other mothers.

ABOUT ME
I remember before having a baby everyone said the days of sleeping through the night would be gone forever. I accepted this at first as part of motherhood. Once 5 months had passed and I was waking multiple times in the night to nurse, I had reached a peak of exhaustion and frustration. Out of necessity I found a sleep training program that forever changed my life. My baby started sleeping 12 hours a night with 2 consistent daytime naps.

I attended moms groups where the conversation was often about sleepless nights. I no longer had anything in common with this topic. When they asked how my daughter was sleeping I told them consistently 12 hours, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM. They all said, "You are so lucky."

That's when I knew I had to share my secret, and that "luck" had nothing to do with this.

Since then I have devoted my passion to helping moms have the sleeping lifestyle I have achieved.
MY SLEEP JOURNEY
MY GOALS
1. To no longer hear parents consistently complain and blame their children for lack of sleep. I want parents to take responsibility for sleep training their children.

2. To help expecting moms understand that lack of sleep is not a punishment they receive for having children.

3. To assist mothers to end their cycle of exhaustion by putting baby on a sleep plan so that they can focus adult-only hours on themselves, relationships, parenting education and their careers.

4. To encourage parents to acquire a predictable schedule that allows them to be reliable in their personal schedule and to not hold the children responsible for their lack of availability.

5. To coach parents so they can give their babies the gift of self soothing and independent sleep, tools they will take with them for life.
